My role: Log all footage, complete all editing in Premiere Pro, assist in thumbnail generation, and help design long-form strategy to target potential customers.
Results: By producing long form content focused on thought leadership as oposed to entertainment, we hope to convert a higher-value audience.
My role: Create video thumbnails, physically help with video production, and capture b-roll for behind the scenes content.
Results: Across channels, videos I assisted on have received more than 51,000,000 views and 368,100 likes while I learned how content influencers work.
My role: Collaborated with the Executive Director to distill key findings, wrote script, conduct all videography on iPhone, and edit in Premiere Pro.
Results: When CNN and NHK journalists followed up with questions, we sent them this video, freeing up staff time. The clip was also reposted by policy analysts from institutions like the Atlantic Council.
Challenge: Promote research with short-form video across social media using graphics from report, interview footage with main author, and b-roll from across Hampton Roads.
My role: Wrote questions, conducted interview, logged all footage, captured b-roll, and edited clipped versions together.
Results: This video drove engagement for our report across AidData’s social media channels, including a 12.58% engagement rate on LinkedIn. It was also featured in W&M News coverage.

Result: In addition to driving social media engagement, the video inspired Nadége Rolland and the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) team to produce an upcoming video of their own using my interviews and outtakes.
